but he posted his one 1 hour after me yesterday and he already get 7 replies, and I only get 2 replies which one of them was from me. that's not fair.

Because

1. Everyone is free to ask, but then anyone is free to answer, or not. If I don't know the answer, I wait to see if someone more in the know answers.
   
2. Going at your original question, your  initial question implies that you can load the files but not export them, but then your answer to my subsequent question seems to imply that you can't load them either. So the question is rather unclear as it stands.
