How much does that blemish wander around ? If it is not too much, then again using the gmic plugin http://www.gmic.eu and BIMP a batch plugin https://alessandrofrancesconi.it/projects/bimp/
The gmic Inpaint (Multi-scale) filter using default values (pure red mask) has a command string as:
You can copy from gmic to clipboard, look for two icons top of the gmic window, copy and reset.
For some reason (probably me) I could not get a one-time run with BIMP, so two passes required.
1. Applying a mask to each image
2. Using Gmic Inpaint to remove the blemish.
