I'm running GIMP 2.10.4 on Windows 10, 64 bit, and getting an error when trying to use Beautify. I've copied to two directories & four exe files to by plugins directory. When I try to use Beautify it does launch, but I only get a few of the overlays to use. If I try to use the Simple Border option, when I select one of the borders I get a Gimp Message:
Calling error for procedure 'gimp-context-set-pattern':
Pattern 'Clipboard' not found
Any ideas/help? Again, the plugin does launch, and for the Rip & Texture borders I get only one page of 15 choices, no others to select or scroll through.
Thanks in advance!

It is an old plugin, last update was 2012. Tried all ways and same result as you.
Simple border is a compiled plugin, no way of getting that working. The rip borders - do not scroll through the options. However they are jpegs and you can use those in a layer mask. It is more work but is achievable.
A non-gimp option. XnViewMP has a border mask facility that works quite well.

I am using windows 10, 64 bit, Gimp 2.10.4 and I find it crazy as to what works on what. One program will work on the regular 2.10.4 and not on Partha's or Samj's or vice versa. Currently I am using Samj's 2.10.4. Beautify mostly works for me. Usually I can get everything from it but the simple border. Get the same message you do. I wasn't really wild about it anyway so no problem. I really wanted to be able to use the Alpha Shine that needs Beautify to run. It is an additional program to add to beautify. Sometimes it does not work also.
In my version, you have a preferences folder (user folder). In the regular version you go through sub folders of AppData. In either case, put all the .exe or application folders in the plug ins folder. Put the rip and texture folders in the same directory that has the plug in folders.
I share your frustration with this program. I liked it. Wish some expert coder would update it.
Wish you luck.
