Does anyone know how to remove that annoying fade option?

pretty hard to make Minecraft texture packs with this feature enabled, does anyone know how to disable it?

This is pixel graphics and a 1 pixel brush.  
The paint tool uses anti-aliasing, gives semi-transparent pixels.
Use the pencil tool for hard edges.
