How To Add Dual Colors using Path Tool

I hope it is acceptable to post this question here, but I am looking for an answer to a problem I cannot find an answer to.

I am not real sure how to describe/explain what it is I am trying to find out how to add a wavy type of thing of a different color inside of my text. 

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would appreciate a link to a tutorial or step by step instructions to get the wavy yellow filling of the word PRINTS.

So through some additional trial and error I was able to figure out to accomplish what I was asking about.
