Can't mouse wheel scroll active images bar in 3
#1
So say I have 10 images open in GIMP and need to scroll between them quickly, in GIMP 2 I was able to bring my mouse up to the open images bar and use my mouse wheel to scroll left and right, I can't seem to do that in GIMP 3 or figure out how to turn that feature back on, anyone know?

I can see the problem. To get back to the Gimp 2.10 state you should probably post a bug report to the Gimp devs.

In the mean time you can set the scroll wheel to scroll though the open images from
Edit -> Preferences -> Input Controllers -> Main Mouse wheel
Then assign an action for the scroll up and down. I used shift-scroll but maybe ctrl-scroll might be better.
Looks like this in  Win10 / Gimp 3.0-1

This works from the image window not the tabs bar.

10 open images ? You can get to any of them using alt-number key  Look in the Windows menu.
