I just downloaded GAIP and GIMP help and have done the install thing for both.  No matter what I do I am unable to open them.  All it wants to do is the set up thing again.
Any help is appreciated.

Have you got something installed in C:\Program files\GIMP2\in\gimp.exe (from memory, so couldn't be the exact location)? Is there a gimp.exe or a gimp-2.10.exe and what happens when you click on that?
