Always worth making sure that you have the latest version - particularly at the moment with GIMP in a state of flux (hopefully stabilizing now though)
(I'm gradually working through all of my scripts to get them to work with GIMP 3.0.0 RC1)
(For the record the zip file that you downloaded would have been dated 2024-11-16 by your OS but the latest version of arrow_V3.scm that it contains is dated 2024-11-7)
