A bit of a search and as far as I can see the TWAIN driver is 32 bit

Just a shame that HP bundles a big installer https://printerdrivers.com/hp-envy-photo-7855-driver/

You can check to see if C:\Windows\Twain_32 exists (indicating the existance of the 32 bit driver)
