The attached zip file contains both 32 bit and 64 bit compiled-for-Windows fix-ca ver. 3.02.
If using Windows 64 bit, use the 64 bit version otherwise use the 32 bit version.
When un-zipped pop the file fix-ca.exe in your Gimp profile C:\Users\your-name\.gimp-2.8\plug-ins
Just tried in a Win7 64 bit and it works there. When installed find it in Filters -> Colors -> Chromatic Aberration
Edit: Otherwise if it is something like a fringing problem try Colours -> Hue & Saturation then reduce the saturation on blue and cyan possibly on a selection to constrain the effect
Real chromatic aberrations (that show mostly in corners) are best removed by a raw processor (RawTherapee, or else) because it can then occurs before demosaicing (or be taken in account while demosaicing).
As Rich says, purple fringes aren't really chromatic aberrations, and there are other cures.

Thanks!
It already solved and saved a lot of me photos
However, I have one photo where it improves, but does not solve. Perhaps the photo has no salvation....
Cheers.

Hi Ofnuts,
For one of my photos that GIMP is not helping, I would like to try in Rawtherapee. Could you please explain me how can I do that in Rawtherapee?
Załączony plik zip zawiera zarówno 32-bitową, jak i 64-bitową skompilowaną dla systemu Windows wersję fix-ca 3.02.
Jeśli używasz systemu Windows 64-bitowego, użyj wersji 64-bitowej, w przeciwnym razie użyj wersji 32-bitowej.
Po rozpakowaniu umieść plik fix-ca.exe w swoim profilu Gimp C:\Users\your-name\.gimp-2.8\plug-ins
Właśnie wypróbowałem w systemie Win7 64-bitowym i tam działa. Po zainstalowaniu znajdź go w Filtrach -> Kolory -> Aberracja chromatyczna
I have a kind request to compile new versions of Windows plugins
You might try http://www.gimpchat.com - you stand more chance there for some kind person compiling the new versions for Windows.
( I just tried for Gimp 3.0 in kubuntu 24.04 linux and the code throws up errors and fails to compile. OK, tried again setting export LDFLAGS="$LDFLAGS -lm" first,
Now compiles with a couple of warnings in kubuntu and Gimp 3.0 To be trueful not much better than the fix-ca filter in the gmic_gimp_qt plugin and that is available for the Windows Gimp 3.0 )
