You need to do a bit of arithmetic, Gimp can do some of it for you.
First if you open Image -> Print Size and set all the units to centimetres, that shows the resolution as 118.11 pixels per cm. One centimetre = 118.11 pixels
Now get your calculator out.
If you want a spacing of 32.5 cm then you convert to pixels 32.5 x 118.11 = 3838 pixels and 21.5 x 118.11 = 2539 pixels
...and those are the values you use in the grid filter.
With the image being a monster size, it is not that easy to enter those values in the Grid settings. Break the link between Width and Height then my way is repeatedly hit delete to remove the default 32 then key the larger value in. example: https://i.imgur.com/ytAJOFT.mp4
