HOWTO: Make folds/creases at line edges ?

Windows 10 x64 :

Plz , See attched image .
Image of cloth has two colors , brownish & white .
I would like to create a fold or crease effect on color borders .
Looking for a sort of 3d effect 
so it looks like there are (folds , creases , indents) 
at color borders .
