Having issues 2.10.22

I do lens ball photography and recently found out that gimp has changed a lot.
I figured out how to change the ellipse select but can not figure out how to turn the
image right side up. Can someone please help? I am using Gimp 2.10.22 Thank you!

All the tools are there, same as earlier versions of Gimp. Rotate tool or the Flip tool. It might be that you are not familiar with the compact tool groups layout. Clicking on an icon gives a list of the tools in the group or you can re-instate the earlier format.

Edit -> Preferences -> Toolbob and untick Use tool groups as https://i.imgur.com/sH8dMrW.jpg
