There is a syntax change from ADD-WHITE-MASK to ADD-MASK-WHITE (line 108) but with Gimp 2.10 in compatibility mode should work anyway.
However, changed and attached, might work. unzip, pop in your Gimp profile scripts folder.
What version of Gimp-for-Windows are you using?
