How do I change main window resolution ?

I searched for this but could not find an answer. The main window is same rez as my monitor but at that the icons and text are much too small.

If you are using a 4k monitor not much you can do;

Change the toolbox icon size from Edit -> Preferences -> Icon theme like this: https://i.imgur.com/PN7yFgF.jpg

Otherwise I understand Windows 10 can change the whole display resolution.
