Maybe try one of the noise renders and filter it to make it look skin colored?
I did some of my own experimenting:
Start with base of #FFB584
Then make a new layer, apply filters>render>noise>cell noise to that layer,
Change the mode to darken only, then opacity to 20%
Then make another layer, number 3, and apply filters>render>noise>plasma
Desaturate it, then reduce opacity to 34% and change mode to whatever looks best. (i tried screen)
Try that. You'll have to add wrinkles and stuff yourself. Pimples would basically be a red circle, blurred a little, with shading, added on top.
