Lots of ways.
Easiest is probably with the rectangular selection tool.
Make a selection on a new transparent layer, and fill it with the desired colour.
Dublicate and rotate by 90° for the second.
Kinda, but I was looking for more of a intersecting lines with the lines intercepting one point. Like a giant X on the middle, but the lines are not too thick and could insert pictures in each space (Kinda like a square, but not changing the angle of the lines). But it is the correct Idea, Thank you!
