if I save an transparent image as png it appears correctly on the Web.
How can Iget this image as jpg-image?

The short answer is. You can't  The jpeg format does not support transparency.

I see you are using Windows 95 ??? So you should be able to export your image as a .gif image. You have transparency but possibly lose colors.

Assuming you use a more up-to-date Windows and the recent Gimp 2.10.38 then the best bet for for the internet is export as a .webp image. Good as a jpeg and supports transparency.
