Missing Button Export Dialog

See the attached image. I am attempting to export an image. I can't find a necessary button to complete the export.

What am I missing?

A the bottom of the dialogue, possibly off-screen. If you collapse the list of file types (- icon next to Select file type) this may shrink the dialog and make it appear. Otherwise you can shrink the dialog by other means (shrink from the top, and then move the whole window up).
