A friend of mine has a similar situation, but he has no imposition... It is the browser that issues warnings, but just confirm "that you have become aware of the thing" and move on.
Sometimes Windows Defender also issues alerts... and after checking with VirusTotal that the file is "acceptable" (two false positives are a rule) you can go ahead with installing.
If you use a download manager like Uget or Persepolis or a browser like Librewolf the warnings are fewer.
