I checked-out 'iridescence' and 'luminescence'. There is a difference.
Iridescence produces many colors and luminescence emits light
I think luminescence is better.

The fractal program I use can do both but I was only using iridescence up to now.
The program makes 'materials' which are then used to make fractals.
There are many variables to make materials. They can emit a lot of light if needed
