Unfortunately yes, The Gimp plugins are still ok, being in the Gimp profile but that pesky gnome runtime is replaced with the update. The lib files are here

Ok thanks it works again. Fairly easy to do, but still not a good design. I even tried out the appimage and almost none of my plugins work, so I guess I am stuck with flatpak. I still had those files but I had to look for them a bit. I will be sure to make it very obvious so I remember next time
