Even if it's not nice to respond to a post after a long time, I do it anyway... and I hope to be forgiven.
Many sites that collected script-fu and python for Gimp have "died" over the years, for various reasons, always causing great disappointment, most recently GimpScripts. https://web.archive.org/web/202403191906...ripts.net/
In the past it was more difficult to have a free blogger or wordpress blog (provided you don't have a domain), and Github / GitLab where you can keep the scripts without spending... but now you can. https://github.com/vitforlinux-gimp/scm
Since to pass the time at the beginning of Covid I started keeping the fu scripts I like updated, here I keep them on GitHub, where there is also a preview page... incomplete. https://vitforlinux-gimp.github.io/
Then I have a blog where I talk in Italian about Linux, Gimp and chat... all at the expense of the users who see the advertising, even if I earn nothing from it. https://vitforlinux.wordpress.com/category/gimp/
In the old days you needed an organization with a server, now you just need patience to maintain your own infrastructure and for users to search on Google.
