Short tutorial for create comic thought balloon with Shape creator

1. Write text on the image where you consider, make aselection and call the plugin from Filter>Path>Shape creator
   
   
   
2. Choose Cloud shape from Circular and adjust the Parts option quantity and press Add shape
   
   
   
3. Change selection for the zone where you want the bubbles and press Update selection from the plugin and choose Bubbles shape from Others. Adjust the rotation from the tab Transform as you need que acquire the desired effect
   
4. Adjust the layers order and convert paths to Vector layer to asign stroke and fill as you want
