Something wrong that isn't right.

Apparently only my GIMP is capable of doing this kind of magic (trying to be optimistic here).

I didn't understand if any explanation was given as to why this is happening. It seems like it's something I'll have to accept.

What I found strangest was the fact that other video editors, even the Windows file manager, had no problem with this image.

Just to confirm my story, I'm leaving two mini videos showing this occurrence.
