Would it not be useful that the "Trusted members" by reporting a spam whatever a comment or an user (nothing else, just the "Spam" option in the "Report" button), those are "on hold" or flagged as spammer and cannot be visible until Admins have a look at it?
I mean today.... pffff, that " Temu " sh!t everywhere
IMHO denying an IP is not really working if they use a VPN or live in India, Indonesia, etc...
Also while I'm here, I have a question, if we report a "user/member" spammer, do we need also to report all their spam threads?
I'm asking because today I don't feel to click on each and every single spam they posted, I did report the users, though

Agree, very frustrating to disrupt a forum like this and many others

Indeed very frustrating, especially that we are not in the same time zone than the Admins, I feel reporting has no effect because we need to wait that they will wake up at the end of the day for us
BTW they did spam even more now, I just want to cry....
You won't be on top of the list "SainHade" spammer
EDIT it's not working
Suggestion to the Admins: There is rules you can apply, for instance who will post 1 thread per minute? Nobody... especially after the 2nd threads, nobody copy/paste, or having the same text over and over for each new thread from the same "member"

Usually I look at the address used and see if I can block a range. But can't find a pattern this time.
Otherwise reporting one post is enough, the "Nuke spammer" button deletes all its posts.

OK, so
- "temu" is added to the banned words list
- I have lengthened the time between posts to 5 minutes (but this applies to everybody...)
Let's see if that calms them.

In all case thanks a lot Ofnuts, spammers are piece of work

Looks like blocking a few words was a good way to handle this case: 134 hits on blocked word Temu in three days (119 hits on the first night).

Some times it's more simple than expected
I did a search about Temu, it's a chinese "Amazon alike" their app for phones were downloaded more than half a billion time (and I just checked only on Android)
the spammers are the one who have subscribed their "Affiliate program" and/or "Influencer program"
Anyway, thanks to have get rid of them

Just because it's so much spam I am hesitant to buy anything on Temu
