This is one of the old Gimp 2.8 filters removed from Gimp 2.10 because poor quality / not working.

Perhaps it is the gradient bevel script: https://github.com/GNOME/gimp-data-extra...l-logo.scm
Download and put in your Gimp profile C:\Users\"yourname"\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\scripts
Edit: This one broken in Gimp 2.10 .14 (might work in 2.10.12)
