Converting line types

I'm currently working on a project with road stripes, and the centerline is being exported from a program. The issue is that the line type exported is the "smooth" type (right line), and I need the pixelated type to make it work. Is there any easy way to convert the line over near perfectly? Any help is appreciated.

Use 'Colours / Curves' :

You could try Filters -> Blur -> Tileable Blur

   

But there are caveats. The background colour will make a difference and as a note, very small lines in Gimp do not always look the way you might expect.
