Remove all the existing gmic_gimp_qt files.

Use the new Windows installer for Gimp 2.10 right at the top of here: https://gmic.eu/download.shtml

Edit: If you have problems with this latest Gimp 2.10.2 for Windows, you might need to try a clean install as this post:
