I liked this effect, very artistic.
The result obtained in the image "the square with reflections or the swallower of street lamps" was inspiring!

Thumbs Up
Thank you very much, for your encouragement. I like this effect too Smile Smile   . I tried to post here "Square with reflections", but I don't know why, the image in preview loses a lot of quality, even in 300dpi, so I gave up ; but it's easy to go to my site with one click.
See you soon

reminds me of curtains or lighting on curtains, i wonder if you could (probably can) use a high contrast curtain multiply layer.

thank you ; if I understood your question correctly, yes, of course, I can merge two same images to reinforce the tones for example ; so that (but only 460ko, it's the rule)

@MJ Barmish if you speak about uploading an image it's 500kb/ko

@trandoductin, OP means 460 kilobyte max to upload? which in fact is 500 kb ➤ Ko is in French for Kb (Kilo-octet = kilo-byte, yeah... don't ask me, even as a French I don't understand this ko "translation" although I started my computer journey with "octet/kilo-octet", which after almost 2 decades in English speaking countries (at least non French speaking countries) does not make sense anymore to me )

Thank you both and excuse this French reflex Big Grin . In any case, for post-processed photos, the 500Kb limit sometimes poses definition problems, when displayed.

Not really in your case compared to the size (pixels) of your image.

When I see an image of yours with a WxH size of 578x400 and weighing almost 500 kilo because you save the JPG at 100%, it looks to me like you did not understand the JPG format. Wink
Everything above quality 94-95% you're just adding weight, because 100% is only a mathematical top barrier...

For the Forum, you can have a way larger picture like 1400x800, with JPG quality at 86-88% max weighing a lot less that 300kb and have people enjoying more your pictures because they can click on it to see the bigger picture (click on my screenshot) and they are not stuck at that "thumbnail" size of 600x400, just my thoughts Wink

(*) for non French speaking people you just read that I'm using the word "weight", because in French we do have different words for the size in pixels and the size taken on the drive  Big Grin
