re-colorize some dots - how to do that!?

good evening dear Friends Smile


how to re-color the dots i hte folloiwing example?


can we colorize some of the dots in the image below - !? Is this possible?


BTW: what is aimed i want to be able to meet the exact size of the dota - i want to be able to get some of the dots - with exact border so that the dots are just


a. re-coloried.

b. its aimed that i get back exact outlines and sharp contours of the dots

how to do that - how to re-color some of the dots!?

note: i think that i have to work with some kind of layers!?

Because quality of the drawing is poor, try to darken the dots :  Colours / Threshold (play with the slider to make the dots dark grey / black) .Then add an alpha chanel to the drawing and use 'Colours / Colour to Alpha' to remove the black colour. Add a new layer below the drawing (use another color than white) and set this layer as active. Just colour the dots on this layer with the pencil tool. Because the dots on the upper original layer are now transparent, just the dots seem to have a new colour.
