Get the 'linux/mac/win' version (zip no.2) , I have tried the Windows version and it crashes.

Snags: The font selection is broken. The devs say it will be fixed in Gimp 2.10.20
Alternative.
Use your favoutite arrow maker and add the points after. This using the ra_label_points script. see: https://www.gimp-forum.net/Thread-Polygo...ersections for a download.
