tool options

Tool options is now floating. How do I re-attach it?

I recall it used to be a problem with macOS where the tool options easily detached.  Try:

(1) Close the floating dock
(2) Open the drop-down menu using the small arrow right side of the dock.
     Select 'Add Tab' Choose the 'Tool Options' and it adds it to other tabs in the dock.
(3) Recommend using 'Lock Tab to Dock' toggle.
