Gimp was perfectly fine on the second monitor, but not on the main one. Now it's fixed
Thanks a lot, this lead me on the right path. It made me think overlay -> WindowTop was the issue for me.

My bug happened only in the second monitor, if I use gimp in the main notebook monitor the drag works.
