DynamicsOff is one of the standard dynamics (in /var/lib/flatpak/app/org.gimp.GIMP/current/active/files/share/gimp/2.0/dynamics/Dynamics-Off.gdyn in the flatpak) (you can also make one by creating your own and unchecking everything in the mapping matrix), and dynamics are changed by clicking on the current Dynamics icon

So what does 'Force' do ??
and why does it disappear for OP when the Dynamic is changed ?
I cant replicate that behaviour.
