RE: GIMP manual - rich2005 - 05-28-2018 From you screenshots it looks to me that you are using the wrong menu to resize the tool box icons, however... It will depend on your monitor. If a 4k screen then you will be stuck with small to view icons. Not much you can do about that. The Gimp 2.10 settings and interface are for average setups. This my laptop, Kubuntu 16.04 and the Gimp 2.10.2 flatpak. Laptop screen is 1920x1080 (HD) Full desktops so scaled down a little: For comparison. My normal set up looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/K3btsjQ.jpg Icons set to huge https://i.imgur.com/3BLuI5v.jpg Symbolic icons set to huge https://i.imgur.com/TxeKXJX.jpg Play around with what you have. This thread is now well away from Gimp documents. Start a new one if you come up with anything not already discussed. About 15 years ago eversince changing the OS from Windows -> BSD -> Unix -> Linux(now) I changed the GUI graphic editing software from PhotoShop to GIMP. In rare occasion I did photo editing. Most the time I use ImageMagick and ffmpeg command lines to edit graphic images. Now I'll come back. I'm busily collecting relevant technical info in re using GIMP. To be taken with a grain of salt, because 2.10 made a lot of this obsolete RE: GIMP manual - Stephen Liu - 05-28-2018 (05-28-2018, 03:36 PM)Ofnuts Wrote:(05-28-2018, 02:27 PM)Stephen Liu Wrote: I'm busily collecting relevant technical info in re using GIMP.
