Sorry, I do not use a Mac, never used one, never will. Linux and a bit of Windows only.
Do you have anyone local who can assist.

No good posting big screen shots with questions marks.
This is not a Gimp issue any longer. It is about your ability to use your computer.
Is the Users/..../library folders visible
