RE: Clone problems colour doesn't match the source - rich2005 - 09-05-2023 (09-04-2023, 07:10 PM)Kev Wrote: It was working fine early on today but half way though editing one pic it seemed to change and I'm guessing I clicked on something by accident to do this. That is probably the case. This a default Gimp Clone settings (left side ) and your screenshot (right side) [attachment=10329] (1) Scroll the tool options up and check that the mode is 'Normal' (2) Smooth stroke is enabled, maybe turn it off (3) This is probably the cause, using a pattern as a source. Set it back to 'Image'. (as a note using the clone tool and pattern source is useful for painting in a pattern but not in this case) Anything else ? For the use you want Alignment = 'Aligned' is probably most useful but use Alignment = 'Fixed' if the size of the brush picks up artifacts. You can adjust the size of the docks, click on the join and drag. RE: Clone problems colour doesn't match the source - Kev - 09-06-2023 Thanks for all your help. |
