Packing in for the day, but...

If you can find all your adjustment requirements using gimp_gmic_qt plugin. Apply and copy each adjustment to clipboard.

Then put those clipboard entries into gmic menu Various -> Custom Code

Add that as a fave(orite) gmic entry. That is effectively a macro to apply to any image.

Unfortunately Lightroom is now a subscription program so I don't recommend it.  I have an old stand alone version.  I doubt one can still find it as an option but maybe??

You can also do this with free/open source equivalents such as RawTherapee or Darktable (they also work from JPG even if they work better from raw files)
