RE: GimpChat out? - Ofnuts - 01-28-2017 I don't know how these 85 users found their way to GimpChat: Code: In total there are 4 users online now: 1 registered, 0 hidden and 3 guests (last 5 minutes) RE: GimpChat out? - trandoductin - 01-28-2017 Thank you ofnuts. you're the man! I am just curious. Because it seems pretty fast for shared hosting. My forum is on shared hosting and it's just really bad sometimes. I tried both ways, unsuccessful (I mean: I succeeded in updating the file entering the lines as admin, but when trying to access gimpchat I got the usual error; tried with 2 different browsers, default win10 browser and firefox) RE: GimpChat out? - Kimba - 01-28-2017 Yeah it's still out. RE: GimpChat out? - Blighty - 01-28-2017 I entered those 2 lines into the host file. Tried to access the site, but not successful. Browser displayed this: http://108.160.151.87/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi and a message saying the server is misconfigured or may have moved. Even on its own dedicated server, it likely runs something that allow it to share the server. Here on gimp-forum.net it's a dedicated virtual server and I could run several different forums.... OK, got it. Logged into Gimp Chat RE: GimpChat out? - skinnyhouse - 01-28-2017 Gimp 2.8.18 Windows 10 Hi gang. Works for me too. Thank you Ofnuts. The significant question is what to do next. Do we copy and save resources (which are fairly hefty). Where do we save them to? A lot of decisions ahead! |
