well i think that we should allways keep in mind that
1. Choosing the Dot Size for the Dotted Map is pretty important.:: the size of the dots is at least according to my humble ideas, crucial for achieving a crisp and tidy look. The dot size should balance detail with clarity — too small, and the dots will blur or lose definition; too large, and we’ll lose finer details of the map.
well, that said i - think that the ecommended dot size is a important topic:
note: if the map will be displayed full-width (like a background or a hero image), i think we should aim for dots between 5px and 10px in diameter.
Ond the flipside - if the image is a bit smaller, section-specific maps, then i think that we could choose other sizes: then i guess that dots around 2px to 5px should keep details visible without looking too awful and cluttered.
i think its pretty important to maintain consistent dot spacing (equal to or slightly greater than dot size). We should ensure dots are fully opaque to avoid a blurred look. as many of you allready mentioned its a good thing to use vector-based tools if possible to keep things sharp at different sizes.
Well, the most apropiate Image Size for the Map in WordPress: i think that the best practices for WordPress themes could end up with the allready recommended sizes:
- Full-width background: 1920 x 1080 pixels (WordPress background size).
- Blog post or section-specific: 1200 x 630 pixels.
- Thumbnail or smaller sections: 300 x 300 pixels or 150 x 150 pixels.
if it comes to the creating the Dotted Map
Step 1: should be the creation of the Dot Pattern with a 20x20 pixel canvas (or adjust based on the certain dot size).
