the background panel I have drawn with the path's tool,then I selected and the selection filled with color.
I made the letters one by one,bigger and smaller as you can see and these then placed one by one in the correct position.
once the letters are in the right position, I have merged them,then added shade to it.
also some shadow behind the background panel.
