Selection hides on move or on increasing size - vktp - 01-04-2018
Hello, please help!
1)have image, one layer
2)layer boundary increased
3)when I'm trying to move image(selection) to center it hides behind white layer
what I want is to move blue image to any new position in layer

Try
Image > Fit Canvas to Layers

If you want 3) then you need another layer
Layer -> New layer - give it the larger size in the dialogue
now do a Image -> Fit Canvas to Layers
