Degrees instead of axes in the Shear function - Serendip - 02-16-2025

Hi all and apologies if this has been posted before.

I'm trying the shear function with alpha numeric characters and am trying to get a 15 degree slant. However I only seem to be able to shear with x and y values but not in degrees.

Does anyone know how to switch to degrees?

Thanks,

Which tool are you using to shear the layer ? (even a text layer)

The shear tool works in degrees although you might have to use a complementary angle value.

...or is this a scripting question ?
