Pasting in Gimp issue - GoddessAthena - 03-27-2025
The new update for Gimp (3.0.0-1) has a different default setting than the older version. When I paste an element into the new gimp it does NOT go to a hovering layer that I can simply anchor to the layer I am working on. The program automatically anchors the new item into its own layer. How do I get that to switch back to what the old Gimp did?

Use this for a floating pasted layer as was Gimp 2.10
