Text layout cannot be generated - Riaan26 - 01-19-2017
Hallo,
I try to put text in Gimp, I keep getting the message "The new text layout cannot be generated. Most likely the font size is too big."
As soon as the text size goes past 28, for any font, i get this message
any help is apppreciated thank you.

Are you using the on-canvas dialog to set the size or setting the font in the text tool options? Is it the same font for all the text?
Otherwise which version of Gimp and which OS?
