I uploaded an avatar from my pc. It is listed, but does not appear. It is a png file and not too large.
Can anyone advise

User Control Panel ("User CP" link on top left of this page)>Edit profile>Change avatar

I did this and the file is noted, but no picture appears.
The file is 10.7kb, and 94x94ppi
Advice please
