Give some details of the original animation. It is quite a big image size for a gif.

imgur renders a mp4 video and calls it gifv. The video frame size is 728 x 484 and has 451 frames @ 30 frames per second. (fps)

I assume your animation has less layers and imgur added extra to make up to 30 fps

If your animation is optimised, best guess that results in the 'ghosting' at the end ie. (JOEY'S BITS) text

Unoptimise Filters -> Animation -> Unoptimise might not work if you patched the animation together from a couple of already optimised gif's.
