How can i replicate this retro look? (Pics inside) - Delfin93 - 08-11-2018 Hello there! I was searching for two things, but I wasn't able to find it - so maybe you guys can help me out? Regarding this foto: Two questions: 1) Do you have an idea with which filter/overlay it's possible to give the image this "retro/used" - look? 2) Do you know the name of the letter/font? Thanks in advance for your help! RE: How can i replicate this retro look? (Pics inside) - rich2005 - 08-12-2018 This font is fairly close: https://www.ffonts.net/Subway-Black.font?text=TMofweir look for the Subway-Black.ttf file in the zip. Put it in your Gimp fonts folder. A retro filter? someone will probably come up with a better suggestion but the g'mic collection of filters has some in "Film emulation - Various". I used "60's faded" then adjusted the brightness. Font has been bump mapped a little. You might get some result - this a before after comparison. https://i.imgur.com/Gctb7u2.jpg Needs a reddish overlay to finish. Edit: Helps if you give the version of Gimp you use 2.8 / 2.10 RE: How can i replicate this retro look?
