Looking to get a hold of a plugin - ThimbleFire - 09-12-2018 Hi, I've been following along with a tutorial and I'm right at the end, all I need is a plugin called 'Fuse Layers', but I can't get a hold of it since Gimp's plugin site went away. I'm completely new to Gimp and don't know if there are any alternative plugins or features that merge multiple layers into a single spritesheet. It's pretty unlikely, but if anyone has a download of Fuse Layers I'd be really grateful if they'd share it. ![]() RE: Looking to get a hold of a plugin - mholder - 09-13-2018 (09-12-2018, 09:42 PM)ThimbleFire Wrote: Hi, I've been following along with a tutorial and I'm right at the end, all I need is a plugin called 'Fuse Layers', but I can't get a hold of it since Gimp's plugin site went away. This one? [attachment=2088] It goes in the scripts folder, not the plug in folder, and it is found under Filters->Combine->Fuse Layers RE: Looking to get a hold of a plugin - rich2005 - 09-13-2018 Alternatives? If you have lots of layers/images, say from an animation, then you could look at using command line imagemagick and montage. https://www.imagemagick.org/Usage/montage/ For Gimp the only one that springs to mind is the gmic plugin http://www.gmic.eu One of the filters is montage The only slight advantage is a few controls over placement and maybe a border. screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/xd9ANmJ.jpg |
